The Â鶹´«Ã½ 2012 ULead Awards Ceremony on April 22nd recognized leadership among students, faculty and staff.  

Awards included: departmental awards (primarily Student Affairs departments) recognizing their respective student leaders and faculty awards for club advisor and excellence in student advising, nominated and selected by students.

This year's Young Alumni Keynote Speaker was Ruth Ness '05, who is currently head field hockey coach at Elms College. While at Â鶹´«Ã½she was student trustee on the Â鶹´«Ã½Board of Trustees and president of the Undergraduate Student Association. She spoke the value of leadership experience.
