Rebecca Boulos gives presentation on race nutrition to triathletes

Rebecca Boulos, M.P.H., Ph.D., assistant professor in the , gave an invited presentation to 30 triathletes competing with AIM Multisport, Inc., located in Concord, MA.

Her talk, “Sports Nutrition for the Triathlete” covered evidence-based guidelines for meal timing pre, during and post-race including carbohydrate, fat, protein, vitamin and mineral intake and hydration considerations for triathletes.
