The mission of both the Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work programs is to provide transformative and collaborative learning that embraces the values of social inclusion and promotes enhanced quality of life for individuals and communities.â€

Specialization Track
Our Social Work curriculum prepares graduates to be leaders in the field with a curriculum focused on providing
- Critical theory
- Strong clinical skills
- Community and cultural responsiveness
All three foci are based in social work ethics and trauma informed practices.
The overall student experience is enriched by a diverse selection of relevant electives and an array of shared learning opportunities on campus and in the community with students from the health and health-related professions and the humanities.
Trauma-Informed Practice Certificate Option
The certificate can be earned as part of your M.S.W. degree within the required program credits.
